Par Zandu Grauzi:
Zandai Grauzei ir vairāk nekā 30 gadu darba pieredze Ārlietu ministrijā. Viņa strādājusi Austrumeiropas departamentā, bijusi ārlietu ministra biroja vadītāja, Konsulārā departamenta direktore un Personāla departamenta direktore. Lielu pieredzi Zanda ieguvusi arī kadencēs Latvijas diplomātiskajās un konsulārajās pārstāvniecībās ārvalstīs – vēstniecībā Čehijas Republikā, Lietuvas Republikā, kā arī Latvijas pastāvīgajā pārstāvniecībā NATO un Latvijas pārstāvniecībā UNESCO. Kopš 2024. gada augusta Z. Grauze ir iecelta Īpašo uzdevumu vēstnieces diasporas lietās amatā. Runas tēma: Diasporas loma mūsdienu Latvijā.
About Zanda Grauze:
Zanda Grauze has more than 30 years of professional experience working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia. Throughout her career, she has worked in the Eastern Europe Department, served as Head of the Foreign Minister’s Office, Director of the Consular Department and Director of the Personnel Department. She has also gained extensive experience through diplomatic and consular postings abroad, including at the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in the Czech Republic, the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in Lithuania, the Permanent Representation of Latvia to NATO, and the Latvian Representation to UNESCO. Since August 2024, Zanda Grauze has been appointed Ambassador-at-Large for Diaspora Affairs.
Her keynote address is titled: The Role of the Diaspora Community in Contemporary Latvia.
