You’re invited to discover the finest ciders from the Baltics and Finland – an evening of tasting, presentation, and conversation:
24 October at 6pm – Melbourne Latvian House, 3 Dickens Street, Elwood Vic 3184
29 October at 6.30pm – Sydney Estonian House, 141 Campbell St, Surry Hills NSW 2010
1 November at 1pm – Sydney Latvian House, 32 Parnell St, Strathfield NSW 2135
Our cider, made from juice pressed from apples grown in our own orchards, is the result of care, craftsmanship, and natural ingredients. It’s a high-quality, all-natural product we take great pride in – and we’re excited to bring it to Australia.
During the event, we’ll share how cider is made in the Baltic region, introduce the different types we produce, and of course – invite you to taste them. There’ll also be specially selected snacks that pair beautifully with cider. We will also present ourselves as a culinary tourism destination, highlighting opportunities to visit cideries and cider apple orchards. It’s a great chance to meet the cider makers in a relaxed and friendly setting, and to get a deeper insight into the world of real cider.
Encouraged by success at international competitions and fairs, we’ve joined forces with cider makers from Estonia and Finland to launch a shared marketing initiative to introduce Baltic cider to the Australian market. The project brings together the Latvian Country Tourism Association “Lauku ceļotājs”, Estonia’s rural tourism organisation, and passionate cider producers from Latvia, Estonia, and Finland – all of whom make real cider from natural ingredients.
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing a sparkling event together!
Warm regards,
